sync center functionality

Can I use this feature in 5384? Vista says there's not anything on this computer that can be synced(?!) Am I not supposed to use it for syncing folders, or do I need to make a setting somewhere?

It doesn't work and Microsoft is dropping it from Vista - because it doesn't work.
If anyone from Microsoft reads this, I hope someone is beavering away porting Synctoy to .Net 2.0. And the sooner the better! I can't live without this Powertoy.
